Hootie's Rescue Haven is a 501C3 tax exempt non-profit animal rescue organization. We rescue animals, tend to medical needs, and find them forever homes.

Donate

Hootie’s Rescue Haven saves the lives of injured, abandoned and unwanted animals. We provide everything these animals require to be ready for a new home. Operating a rescue requires a large amount of time, patience, expertise and money. Feeding, medications, and daily care expenses add up quickly. We personally fund as much as we can, but we need the public’s help to survive. All donations are appreciated, and no amount is to small.

We also welcome and need volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering please call Tim Plassmeyer at (314) 766-8336 to discuss our current needs and make arrangements.

Please consider making a one time donation or become a monthly contributor to help fund our ongoing expenses. We need your help to allow us to keep rescuing and caring for animals in need. We are a small, no kill rescue in an underserved community. Your donation can help cover the following expenses:

$10 = Rabies & distemper for 1 dog/cat or 1 case of food
$25 = 2 bags of feed for horses, pig, goose or chickens
$50 = 1 vial of Insulin
$100 = 1 Heartworm treatment
$200 = 1 Spay or neuter

If you would like to help us fill other daily needs, I have listed the items we use below.

Purina Beyond Grain Free Adult Can & Dry CAT food
Purina ONE Sensitive Systems Adult CAT food
Natural Balance Limited Ingredient Diet Chicken & Sweet Potato Dry DOG food
Purina ONE SmartBlend Chicken & Rice Dry Dog Food
Purina ONE Chicken & Rice Cat Food
Scoopable Kitty Litter
Purina ProPlan Focus Puppy Chicken & Rice Dry Food

You can order through Amazon and Chewy and have it shipped or feel free to set up a time to stop by the farm.
